Stonebridge Imports Ltd. is primarily a wholesale account. Our customer basis is mostly in Ontario and Eastern Canada. We're expanding and are now able to ship internationally. In order for us to approve any registration, prospects and customers will have to complete and submit the on line form below. Alternatively you can download a form from the download section tab above or simply phone us at: 1-877-859-4367.

Wholesale: Choose "Wholesale Group" (drop down menu below) when registering only if you have a registered business located in Canada. In addition to submitting the form below you'll have to fax (or scan and e-mail) copies of your business license and/or your resale tax license to (519) 579-6504 (Canada). Ontario dealers will also have to fax (or mail) the complete "PST Tax Exemption Certificate": click here to download it. New accounts usually takes 24 to 72 hours to be approved.

International: Choose "International Group" (drop down menu below) when registering if you have a business or individuals living outside Canada. You'll benefit of our lowest Canadian wholesale prices and no taxes will be added to your shopping cart. New accounts will be immediate and automatically approved.

Retail: Choose "Retail Group" when registering to take advantage of our excellent product line and prices only if you live in Canada and don't have a business. New accounts are automatically approved.

Notice: At this time we do not retail and will not ship products from this web site to any address within Ontario, Quebec and Nova Scotia Provinces of Canada. Credit card or some other form of pre-payment is required for all orders, the exception being for existing credit account (all net 30 days) which were already in existence and were in good standing.

The exception is when a major piece or a bulky order is being purchased and you are a domestic Canadian customer. For all others, the terms are payment in advance. If you feel you should be considered for a credit (net 30 days) account, then fill out downloadable credit application form and fax or mail it to us. We accept all major credit cards for payment and any acceptance banking fees are absorbed by Stonebridge Imports.

If you are a foreign customer paying on a foreign currency credit card or PayPal, your credit card will automatically convert the Canadian funds into your local currency. We accept Personal Checks, Business Cheques, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. We also accept C.O.D. (collect on delivery) or Pre-Payment, certified checks, Bank wire transfer or money orders. You can even use your PayPal account.
