Our Terms and Conditions are designed to protect our valued customers. When you make an order with us, it means that you will have fully understood and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.

Payment Terms and Methods

Credit card or some other form of pre-payment is required for all orders, the exception being for existing credit account (all net 30 days) which were already in existence and were in good standing.

The exception is when a major piece or a bulky order is being purchased and you are a domestic Canadian customer. For all others, the terms are payment in advance.

If you feel you should be considered for a credit (net 30 days) account, then fill out downloadable credit application form and fax or mail it to us.

We accept all major credit cards for payment and any acceptance banking fees are absorbed by Stonebridge Imports.

If you are a foreign customer paying on a foreign currency credit card or PayPal, your credit card will automatically convert the Canadian funds into your local currency.

We accept Personal Checks, Business Cheques, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. We also accept C.O.D. (collect on delivery) or Pre-Payment, certified checks, Bank wire transfer or money orders. You can even use your PayPal account.

Process your order and your payment option. Upon receipt, we will ship your order.

Charge Card Processing: We do authorizations manually. They are not done online. The final acceptance and billing for your order to your charge card is done only minutes before your shipment is mailed.

The final charge and delivery invoice represents the very best shipping rate and other potential savings at the moment of delivery.

With your order, you will receive an invoice (and charge card receipt) with the name Stonebridge Imports Ltd.

Foreign orders: Money Orders (US or CN funds), credit cards and PayPal only.

Cheques must be drawn on a Canadian bank payable to Stonebridge Imports Ltd.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Due to the wide fluctuations in international currencies, prices may change without notice, and prices published may not be current. Please consult our sales personnel for actual prices.

All product pictures shown on this site are illustrative and subject to prior sale. Also, the manufacturers reserve the right to change specifications without notice.

Shipping & Handling

All orders are packaged with extreme care to prevent breakage. Orders more than $250 will be insured and charged accordingly.

Most domestic orders will be sent priority mail unless otherwise requested.

If you need your order ASAP, let us know how you want it sent, and we will send your final invoice with the shipment.

We ship by regular mail and express couriers (FedEx, UPS, TNT and post office express). It depends on the weight or volume ordered.

Delivery time is usually 30 to 60 days, depending on the items.

You agree to all terms of the transaction, which include a description of your purchase, sale price and shipping information.

All shipping are at customer expenses. We may charge you handling fee on some orders.

Returns

Should you wish to return an item(s), please call (519) 579-1747 during regular business hours for a Return Authorization Form and Number (RFA#).

Items returned must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged and in sellable condition.

Return shipping cost and insurance is the customer`s responsibility.

A copy of your invoice must be included with your return. We do not credit or refund shipping charges.

Items must be returned within 30 days of invoice. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned.

If you receive the item damaged, immediately inform the transporter and StoneBridge and we will replace the item as soon as possible.

Taxes

* Please note that local taxes may apply to your order upon receiving it.
* Every order is subject to GST tax. Exception is for international orders.
* PST tax applies to Ontarian customers. If you already have your Vendor's Permit, you must sign and send us by fax or mail the "PST" Exemption Form. Download it now: click here!
