The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a reliable, self-starter who has passion in customer service and retail sales, for a company that sells unique products and services. Working for a small brick & mortar gift store as well as a spa service company you'll acquire highly marketable skills and experience pertaining to every aspect of running a successful business. You'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with so many new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected challenges. There is one consistent aspect, however “ everyday, you'll learn more about sales/marketing, customer service, business management, and administrative skills than you ever thought possible. We will train the right candidate.

A Guest Services Associate sets the tone for the full spa experience by interacting with the guest from the first introduction when they schedule a service, guiding them throughout their journey from check-in to services and at check-out.

In this ambassador role, you demonstrate attentiveness to every detail from the physical environment, guest interaction, complemented with knowledge of our products and services. Duties include check-in/check-out, showcasing our facility through tours and directing guests to their next destination “ whether the change rooms or a particular service room or a food and beverage venue. As the first point of contact for guests, candidates must be immaculate and professionally groomed in appearance, and demonstrate a thoughtful and intentional ability to proactively interact not only with guests but also with colleagues.

Since 2002 our small family operation in Kitchener has grown to a business retaining nearly 15 employees shipping products to retailers across Canada and to USA. Position Information

Minimum of 1-year experience working within a retail environment. Preference will be given to those with point of sale and sales experience.

Minimum Position Requirements:

A love for Sales, fanatic prospecting, and account positioning is key!

* Cash Register/Sales/Retail experience * Flexible hours, shifts, evenings, day time & weekends * Excellent public relations and customer service skills * Must be able to stand for 8 hours * Helpful, positive and polite

Required Education:

* Minimum High school Diploma Required (college diploma/degree is a plus).

Required experience:

* 2-3 years of sales experience is an asset
