Description

Sodalite “B” Quality Tumbled Stone

Sodalite with natural coloration’s from light to dark shades of a wealthy royal blue and veined with white streaks or markings. Each stone has its own precise features varying in size and shape.

Sodalite gained popularity in the 1800’s during a royal visit to Bancroft by Princess Margaret of England. The princess loved the mineral and chose it as an interior ornament and is sometimes called Princess Blue.
