The Crystal Sphere is cut and polished to a round shape. Shungite has a deep black hue. Its appearance is similar to coal, containing 30 to 50 percent carbon.

Shungite is known to absorb and neutralize EMF radiation frequencies. Since the early 18^th century shungite has been used in medicine and it is now sold as a pigment for paint in egg tempera and watercolor.

The shape of a Sphere is believed to emit energy in all directions and is known as an ancient symbol that represents unity, completeness, and infinity.
