There are some items that are temporarily unavailable (out-of-stock) or they have been hidden from our site. To contact us about any product you may not be able to find, please contact us.
We ship from our warehouse and walk-in retail shop. There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. We will not charge you for any out-of-stock products.
Our website is the best way to see our products. We create and publish new items frequently so a catalog would be out of date within weeks. We do not produce or print catalogs.
We take custom order for some products. All the details are on case by case basis. The minimum order amount is $4,000.00. Any inquires please contact us.

Shipping
Yes. You can register as many addresses as you need under your “My Account” page or during checkout. Please note that orders where the billing and shipping address are different may be marked as fraudulent and may be cancelled.

Currently, we only ship within Canada and to the USA.

We ship using Canada Post and UPS.
Shipping is $15 flat rate, with free shipping on orders over $300.

Most of the time your order will arrive within 1 week.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please consider any shipping time offered to you by us or other parties as an estimate only. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
In order to select the right product for you, please allow 2 to 5 days for order processing, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most simple orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
If you need your order in a rush, let us know when you want to receive the order by adding a note in the Comments Tab on Checkout Page. We will do our best to prioritize your shipment and may contact you with options.

Wholesale orders can be placed on the website or from our physical location, the warehouse; orders can also be phoned, faxed or emailed. We will gladly help you during your call, but for your convenience, please have the item codes and quantities ready so that we may streamline the ordering process. The faster we can get your wholesale order to the warehouse, the sooner it can be shipped and delivered to you!
To see wholesale pricing you must create a wholesale account. Before creating a wholesale account everything you see is retail prices. After you receive your approval and log in you see the wholesale prices corresponding to your current discount level.
Wholesale account is for customers that are in business selling jewellery, gemstones, rocks and crystals or those who use them as supply or as a tool for their work, such as artisans, jewellers and health practitioners. To qualify as a wholesale business, you must apply on our wholesale application. Retail account is for end consumers, people who buy wearable jewellery, gemstones and healing crystals for their own use, and should do their shopping on ourretail site.

Payment
We automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax (HST) for orders to be delivered to addresses within Ontario. For orders shipped to other provinces in Canada, the corresponding sales tax, GST or HST will also be charged. For international orders, we are responsible for all custom duties and/or other taxes.
We provide the status discount on purchases made on our physical store showing a valid Indian Status ID. We cannot provide the point-of-sale discount for orders over the internet. See quote below taken from the Government of Ontario website:
“Vendors are not allowed to provide the rebate at the time of purchase when goods are purchased via the Internet or other ways that do not allow the vendor to verify the Certificate of Indian Status card.”

When you access our checkout using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, your information is protected with both server authentication and data encryption (at 256 Bits), ensuring that your data is safe, secure, and available only to Stonebridge Imports.
Yes! We use a security protocol called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) that allows sensitive information such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, and login credentials to be transmitted securely. It is 256 bit encrypted and our server is level 1 PCI compliant.
Nope. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.
Credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, VISA, and Discover. Other methods: PayPal, cheque (Canadian currency only), some VISA Debits, E-Transfer, and Cash (only when present at our warehouse).
When we ship your order to you, we send along a packing slip. You will also have access to your invoices under “order history”.
Returns & Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
If you opted-in to shipping insurance on your order:
Please send photos of the damaged items and packaging to support@stonebridgeimports.com within 14 days of delivery. We will issue you a refund or replacements for your damaged items.
If you DO NOT have shipping insurance on your order:
Please file a claim with your carrier as soon as possible. You may be eligible for limited liability through the carrier, though this may not cover the item’s full value.
If you opted-in to shipping insurance on your order:
If your order is marked as delivered but wasn’t received, please contact us within 5 to 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
If tracking shows no updates after 5 business days (or 10 business days for US orders), please contact us within 30 days from the order date.
If you DO NOT have shipping insurance on your order:
Please file a claim with your carrier as soon as possible. You may be eligible for limited liability through the carrier, though this may not cover the item’s full value.
Shipping insurance is an optional add-on at checkout that protects your orders from discrepancies, theft, damage, or loss while in transit. By selecting this plan, you secure your order’s full value, with a guaranteed replacement or refund if any issues arise during shipping.

Miscellaneous
This is a “million dollar” question. We know you may be concerned about ethically sourced or mined products. Unfortunately, we can’t say much in this regard because we buy gemstones from all over the world and many times we don’t even know how exactly they were mined. If anyone tells you differently, it’s only a guess or misleading.
One thing we can say for sure is that for the most part our goodies are produced and purchased in a manner that demonstrates respect for the people who produce them. We support small mines and this is crucial for stimulating their local economy. Because we deal with relatively low-grade gemstones, there is not much corporate commercial pressure. And most of the mining is made by freelance miners, which in Brazil - for example - is called “garimpeiro”, a kind of sole or freelance miner/prospector.

Salt is hygroscopic which means it absorbs water. It’s natural for your salt lamp to absorb moisture from the air. Sometimes the environment is very humid and the lamp absorbs lots of water. This causes white spots and some runs of salty water. There are 3 things you can do help keep your lamp happy and dry:
- Just wipe off the excess moisture build up
- Relocate the lamp to a dryer location
- Keep it on more frequently (the heat from the light bulb helps dry up the moisture the salt absorbs)
