The specimen for sale is a vertically-oriented piece that is shaped like a beehive. There is one side that shows an exposed central column, which gives it a geode-like appearance. Most of the mica on this piece is located in the column and tip of the “towers”. This is a very interesting and amazing specimen for display and appreciation. Note: This product is fairly brittle and must be handled with care.
